Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business! Each item is handmade with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and/or custom nature of our products, custom or personalised orders cannot be returned

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, unless they have already been dispatched or are custom-made.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to dispatch your handmade items as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Method

We ship orders using InPost. At checkout, you can choose between:

• Locker Delivery – delivered to your selected InPost parcel locker
• Home Delivery – delivered directly to your door by an InPost courier

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or personalised items may take longer, and estimated times will be provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

• Locker Delivery: 1–3 working days
• Home Delivery: 1–3 working days

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Locker Collection (if selected)

If you choose locker delivery, you will receive a collection code once your parcel arrives.

Parcels must usually be collected within 48 hours, or they may be returned to us.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the selected delivery method and parcel size.

Missed Delivery / Returns

• For locker deliveries, uncollected parcels may be returned to us.
• For home deliveries, if delivery is missed, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions.

 

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Incorrect Address or Locker Selection

Please ensure your details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information.

While we aim to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or peak periods.
